Services
We offer academic support services such as research guidance, thesis writing, dissertation help, publication assistance, and editing. Our services are intended for academic support and not for plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and use our services ethically. You are responsible for how you use our assistance and for complying with your institution’s rules and academic integrity policies.
Payment & Refund
All services must be paid for in advance. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. In case of a dispute or issue, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Intellectual Property
All content, research, and materials provided by Prabha Nexus Research are the intellectual property of the company or the respective authors. Clients may use them for academic purposes only and not for commercial distribution.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any academic penalties or consequences arising from the misuse of our services. We do not guarantee publication or acceptance by journals unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.
Service Delivery
Timelines are estimated based on the scope of work. Delays due to unforeseen academic or external reasons will be communicated to the client in advance.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates our terms, engages in unethical behavior, or misuses our deliverables.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow U.P.
Note:-
• Once the total payment has been made, any remaining modules or work outlined in the quotation will be processed and delivered at no additional cost, provided they are part of the agreed services.
• For each writing module, assurance will be given until acceptance. However, for papers, unlimited revisions are allowed until the journal’s final submission.
• The scholar must send requirements or any modification requests via email. Alternatively, if the scholar provides verbal requirements, our team will document them and send for approval via email.
• We cannot begin work on any module without advance payment. Additionally, payments for previously completed and delivered modules must be made in full according to the payment plan that has been agreed upon.
• By accepting this quotation, the authors confirm that they have reviewed and agreed to the terms, conditions, and policies outlined.
• At Prabha Nexus Research, we are committed to supporting your academic journey; however, we are not responsible for any presentation or representational concerns of the final work.
